i’m Harrison, a 36-year old chiropractor and part-time health coach. i’ve had one heck of a journey so far, from being an overweight, bullied kid to a strong, confident young man. of course, i’m still riddled with self-doubt now and again, but overcoming it is the name of the game! i strongly believe that emotions are meant to be controlled, and not to control. whether or not you resonate with this, i invite you to read further!
